I became even more enthusiastic about BiggerPockets when I made my first discussion post and received so much valuable feed back.

While it sounds crazy to anyone with a logical mind, the market hitting all time highs every day (kind of like how a casino slot machine blinks and blasts music at you - thanks CNN and Fox!)

As many of you know, Boston's North Shore is currently undergoing construction to build the Wynn Boston Casino resort planned to open in summer of 2019.

There are a lot of crazy construction activities happening in Chelsea (new silver line to downtown, GE office, FBI building, new casinos etc). 

@Amy Rodgers We are currently investing in orange county ny, Legoland is coming to the area and they also recently opened the Resorts World Catskills casino nearby. 

They are renovating a lot of the casinos in the area as well.

Factor in jobs, economy, consumer confidence, visitors to Las Vegas, $1.9B Raiders stadium, and new casino construction on Vegas strip. 

If there is not enough cash in the deal to go around to all the pockets, I at least, would be less enthusiastic about the deal if I as the seller had to dig into my own pocket and bring cash to the table to close the deal.
