how to clean out a fridge, IS THIS what BP has come to?

I recently got this house for 47k  and am looking at getting it cleaned out and rehabbed to rent.

The pool needs draining, cleaning, and painting.

Do these companies typically handle tasks such as cleaning and furnishing, or would I need to arrange for those separately?
