record my plat on my 89 home subdivision we are in the process of building all the streets and roads on right now.. and go vertical.. and have house closings by Nov. of the year.. right now we have 15 reservations.. which usually about half of those fall off.. go my hopes and prayers are interest rates remain calm  people keep moving to Oregon like they have been doing and we can sell 2 to 3 homes a month for the next 30 months..
