I was looking to get a house and what made me pump the brakes is when I put an offer in and the seller said they do not accept Lima One.

It can also be costly paying someone for the gas since constant braking and going with 3-point turns, u-turns, etc really does use up so much more gas than you think than driving on a highway or how most people normally would.

Dave Ramsey gives a lot of solid advice, but in many areas he teaching you to drive with the emergency brake on.

If this were a car, I'd want someone to say "Don't forget to kick the tires, look under the hood, check the speedometer, check the dipstick, drive it, see if it pulls to one side while driving, slam on the brakes at 25 miles an hour" etc. etc.
