I'd bet it's not. 

This will help some owners get back a little money from overages but I bet in most cases its the parish that will get what would have been my profit.

If they look similar, I'd bet they've just been listed much longer or AirDNA is double counting revenue - it happens a lot.

Although consumer recognition has historically been lacking, it is encouraging to see that they are finally making good progress in this area.Thanks for feedback Calvin, your points are valid.  

I can't tell what part of the country you are in but I bet there is one where you are...or one in the market you are targeting.  

That’s the best bet.

The key is "path of progress" and "growth markets". 

Also, I bet there are other programs cheaper than Adobe Acrobat Pro and perhaps free.Hope this is close to what you were looking for, David.
