Then I would take the proceeds and invest in something locally that is more rent-ready to start your journey without the collar of repairs.

This up-and-down journey takes a lot of grit.

What I also enjoy is when people put out articles with contradicting view points and in six months or a year point to the - "see how correct i was", well yeah you placed bets on both red, black and green so you were going to be correct because you bet on all options.

I started my real estate journey 2 years ago and bought my first duplex fully rented.
