I am thinking if there is any online property management that does showings and responds to any maintainence requests?

Rental increases tapered off with much of the covid inventory coming online. 

I checked public records and online sites that says the houspe has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and is 1,008 square feet.

Two questions...1) About to bring a STR online in the next two weeks and am looking for some advice as this will be my first STR. 2) Specifics on the current STR cost seg. tax benefit?

So much can be done online, and while you DO need to be reachable by your guests, you do NOT have to be reachable within 90 seconds, so don't feel hostage to some unreasonable standard of communication. 

I typically buy at online auctions so can someone break this down step by step or correct my steps? 

Hey @Erin Babnik, I agree with the Excel recommendation.I love to suggest QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping for REIs (that's what all of our Clients are on) but if you only have 1 property and are looking to keep this as simple as possible the clear winner is Excel.Best of luck!

I look online and attend meetups.
