Pulling file documents from the government website and getting in touch with the alleged officers, sending Certified mail and even sending emails.

I have a suspicion that someday, someone (or a group / class) WILL make those sorts of allegations, pursuing relief.

Each side is allegedly zoned for r-2. 

Moreover, if he isn't willing to contradict and prove the allegations discussed, ad nauseum, on these forums are false; and that the Avon deal he spearheaded and sponsored on Groundfloor wasn't a fraudulent transaction, then BP should take measures to keep him and others preying on newbies off this board.

Generally speaking liability insurance will cover you if the tenant is alleging your negligent land-lording caused bodily injury or property damage.  

So the allegedly tops and bottoms don't matter nearly as much as your personal TARGETS.

If it's currently 35 million in allegations then there could be a lot more out there with more loans and banks you just never know.

However, the place you go to is a qualified attorney, preferably in the county where the alleged act occurred.When I see a faceless poster who is new to the forums trying to get free info or at least direction, the matters rarely go anywhere because of lack of commitment by the poster.
