Regarding the creator "draining" the accounts with the software, it's decentralized, and all those algorithms that are being solved in the "mining" are also verifying and recording transactions in multiple layers that get added to the "chain block" and create security/integrity for the system.

If they are booked during a certain month for so many days for so many weeks, then that is data I can use.....I can also use Holiday bookings to see how high I can go on those dates.I prefer real world info, not some info collected from an algorithm.

While they haven't fully disclosed all elements that go into defining authorship (as is their way with any aspect of their algorithm), it appears that links from a byline article or post back to your main website will help with ranking.Google is becoming increasingly savvy at determining which websites are the work of a single living, breathing person, and which are spammy websites that are hired out to contractors.

I imagine a site like foreclosure.com is aggregating this information and certainly exposed to inaccuracies in source data, parsing algorithms, and syncing that with other data sources.For my local market I don't trust these national aggregators to get everything right and expect them to be only mostly accurate.What inconsistencies are you finding?

. ;)This thread was mainly for networking, I'm not really digging for a business model.I'm a huge fan of open data, if I can develop an API that can easily integrate into existing government systems, and I can convince counties that it is in their best interest, then I can build I single aggregate algorithm to collect and analyze all the data.
