My clients want to submit an offer of $230K.Btw, this is a Texas market.As a seller’s or buyer’s agent, how would you respond to this situation?

If anyone has experience with NYC zoning laws, or has an answer please shed some light on our situation.

The forums are great but tax pros here don't know all the ins and outs of your specific situation so it's hard to give definitive answers.Do the house hack though!

I worry about you putting too much of your life into one investment given you're limitations on income/working situation anyway.In general expensive primary residences do not make the best rental properties. 

Bottom line though is that it’s all up to them, which is also my fear for them, because I can foresee it simply being a situation where they go or gravitate towards the simplest solution or minimal amount of forethought.
