I am a big believer that one should do the work at least once so they are aware of the type of work that is needed in order to complete a certain task so I am very pleased that I took up this task full speed ahead.

Sorry, in my multi tasking I used the term short sale where it makes no sense.

In this case you have somebody performing a task for you who you trust less than a neighbor who you have never met.
