There comes a tipping point where you can grow teams to where they could make more for you then you could make on your own but before that you can actually make less training them up and cutting your income down by feeding them deals and they get a cut.

I can’t understand the value of saving for 2-3 years, buying a house and then doing that again and again, when I could just hustle my *** off and send deals to investors and take a cut along the way.

I am finding lots of opportunities over there owned by small time relatively unsophisticated investors, but they often prefer the personal touch and some shy away from realtors who want a cut of the action.I've personally squeezed into and crawled through dozens of these properties.

being a small time home builder in Portland Market I think you can not worry as much.. prices have stabilized.. market is robust but not over the top.. in migration is still happening.if anything the prices in this market are held up by wacko environmentalist who tend to run this state.they limit the land available for new housing.. causing prices to rise.. its a catch 22 no one wants urban sprawl.. and they have curtailed that.. but that leads to a acute shortage of buildable lands which anytime you have a shortage of something the values rise.. and that's whats happened.

I believe when the property is flipped or the liens are redeemed, there might be a cut given to the lender but then again, funding for tax lien investors?
