The possibilities for additional MF properties after a few years of growth seem to be more achievable versus having to have a chunk of personal cash down.

We do want to bring in more business but the most important thing we want to achieve is building relationships within the real estate community. 

Based on the data you provided, it's indeed not easy to achieve positive cash flow.

Yet, those who do not give up continue to strive and eventually achieve their professional goals.Similarly, consider individuals who leave stable jobs in search of something more fulfilling.

There are multiple cities in Ohio where you can achieve this though, such as Columbus, Cincinnati, or Cleveland. 

*** RANT ALERT ***G'Day everyone, Since this thread has garnered a lot of comments and attention from investors looking to invest with our company, I thought I should compose a post and set the tone on a few things that have been really pissing me off.Over the last 5 years I have witnessed countless investors buy just ONE property from our company (Or other companies) and then complain about not being rich or achieving financial freedom. 

A few hundred a month per unit, if actually achieved which is far from guaranteed, is not going to do it.  

You have some ambitious goals but with hard work and diligence you can most certainly achieve them.
