I think I'm planning to just rent a motel room off and on for two months it's just TOO COLD after I saw the temperatures unless I can put up plastic inside a room to keep it nice and way for sleep area.

If the property were rendered inhabitable due things like fire, flood or temperature issues, you would need to credit back rent for the days it was inhabitable.

Some of them have 100% heating capacity down to 5° outdoor temperature.

I'm not sure what they are going to do about this during the summer when temperatures reach 130°!
