Thankfully I have a project manager who was supervising them daily so we didn't end up overpaying them.

They supervised my last rehab for a very reasonable fee and they've gotten everything I've listed with them sold asap for max. price.

I assume you don’t have any friends/relatives/kids that would like a high paying lower supervision job?

Good ones don’t need too much supervision, but in my experience you will have to show PM’s that they need to earn your trust.
