Hi all,I'm doing boots on the ground research in MO for multifamily (2-4 units).  

After doing some initial research, I decided to check out some zip codes in Philly as that's an hour's drive from where I live - 19132, 19133, 19134.

After some research, I've come up with the following:- Blown-in insulation to fill the joists with hard-packed cellulose- Add asphalt panel board layer across the entire ceiling to the existing drywall and fill the cutouts. - Add a second layer of 5/8's drywall to the asphalt board. 

Would appreciate any tips, insights, or areas of suggested research. 

I'll do some research today about how to go after their Bond.
