Hey @Nate Bartow I was confused by your response so I went back and re-read my initial post.  

As I had to re-read my initial thread to remind myself of what I was doing at that time (about a year) I have actually done a little more extensive research around banks. 

LOL  I didn't realize I had done that until I re-read my post.

You should reread it and possibly have an attorney review it and ask them.

A few things to consider/do:-Adrienne makes a great point about the capital gains exception for primary residences, reread that and factor it into your analysis-What are your minimum criteria?

Fix it.If you reread your posts, you are applying a lot of personal feelings to the situation.

Will, have no idea why you think it's about you, reread what I said, if it's public knowledge it's out there.Some must think lending is like writing a bad check at some mom and pop store where they tape it under the counter and make it public knowledge.Not your job to black ball people with lenders. real lenders absolutely don't do that.

I am going to re read this a couple of times to digest this.
