Christan or non religious alike you can not be a bad steward of your money.I won't bore you with the numerous times I have counted on renters or buyers and even sellers to treat me with the same respect they demand but because I'm a cold hearted investor some how it's OK to lie renegociate disregard contracts not keep time lines you name it I have delt with it.

If people believe the syndicators for returns on multifamily that are referencing recent exits where they bought at the bottom 4 years ago they are in for a rude awakening.

So while there isn't anything "wrong" with gym membership, tithing, PG&E, and dental insurance being on there, I'd just be going through and deleting those items early in the process.If curious, I believe the thinking is that while someone in general isn't going to be worse off for paying off a credit card to qualify, we can't have people cancelling or downgrading their health insurance to qualify, or failing to uphold their religious obligations.

Maybe 2-3 sprayings over a quarter and then it's good for a long time.To give you some idea, the house I live in was sprayed religiously every month for years.
