Foreclosure Market Report.Foreclosure filings – including default notices, scheduled auctions, and bank repossessions – were up 7 percent in July month-over-month and are up 14 percent from a year ago, according to RealtyTrac.Read more: The Top Markets for REOs Right Now "The increase in overall foreclosure activity over the last five months has been driven primarily by rapidly rising bank repossessions, which in July reached the highest level since January 2013," says Daren Blomquist, vice president at RealtyTrac.

I would get a coach to "vet the attorney" because you don't know what to say and what not to say as a newbieWhen I take on a new student I do thatI think real estate contract law with litigation experience and knowing what the judges will say takes somebody with some deep experience, and gray hairI would start with your REIA and talk to the president, get a name, and then have a senior Real Estate Investors talk to that attorney on your behalfIs been my experience the ratios 5 to 1 or 7 to 1 where the journey you talk to is not a good fitAnother place to look is find a CCIM and asked for the best contract attorney they know

VA. present company Peach Capital Partners with 9+previous  companies as President &CEO. is interested in  upfront deposit fees of $10K for underwriters ect, I paid  on 8/31/2015, loan amt $250K  closing was 9/29, then next 1-2 weeks, final email on 11/6, he has to take care of paperwork internally and closing will be 11/30/2015.

About your interest in my market: Brazil has entered into a recession and is now fighting against a political crisis, where congress and president can't agree on fiscal adjustments that must be made to "stop the bleed", Not to mention that currency devalued over 50% in the last 18 months (think of inflation in a recession environment), unemployment rise, and interest rate up at 14.25%, hence credit became scarce and expensive.In this light, construction industry, that represents 10% of our GDP, is among the ones that are suffering the most: prices going down, growing unsold inventory (24 months in certain zip codes), etc.
