I'm way overdue on setting up an LLC, but have finished my research and plan on meeting with an attorney next week to see about setting up a Series LLC (I'm in Illinois where these are legal) which is $700 to form and then $500 per year after (a regular LLC is $500 to form and $500 per year after), and the "Series LLC's" are then $50 to form and $50 per year after.
