you're looking strictly at cash flow, thats like investors who buy a stock like coke or ford thats gone nowhere in years bc of a mediocre dividend while I hold google and amazon which are growing by leaps and bounds without a dividend.

That's what I was looking for. :D

While it's a workable model for GM or Ford or GE or Wells Fargo, it's not so good for Joe Blow being Mr.

Any comments good or bad on this real estate course? It came out a few years back.

I almost got a speeding ticket driving a rented black Ford Mustang through Bend.  

I'm not taking my proeprty off the market for 30 or 45 days, maybe longer as it may require to be extended, to some guy who drives up in a 95 Ford who claims to be some real estate investor (translation, some jobless guy who probably has questionablle credit and no money).If the seller has tried to sell for 286 days and no hits, another 30 days probably will not be a problem, so a motivated seller might look at anything.
