We have a tenant ready to move in at the end of the month - and we're almost ready for them.House #4 had an electrical problem right before the tenant moved out. 2 issues - the meter was completely full of ants (city's problem) and there was a break in the underground line between the meter and the house,(our problem) causing a voltage drop.

@Heston McBride when a list agent represents the sellerAnd buyer it’s called dual agency and they must make sure all parties understand that relationship but where I am licensed - PA - the fiduciary responsibility is still with the listing client NOT the buyer.

@Mian RizwanYou should be able to use any electrician but there are low-voltage electricians that might be less expensive that specialize in telephone and CCTV systems.
