Has anyone tried buying sheds from Costco/Home Depot/etc and then renting them out as storage units?

Hi Eli,When I was active in real estate, I bought new Home Depot appliances.  

It probably wont make much of a difference but it cant hurt either.In the future you can try doing these two things1) When contractors go to home depot or any of our suppliers to order material on our account, the suppliers are not allowed to moved forward without calling our office and getting authorization for the order.  

They are only about $300-400 online or $600 at home depot and heat/cool 500 square feet.  

If it is a maintenance comitment from the get go (atrium garden in  the entry hall) or if something comes along that is easier to live with, it will likely quickly become a negative.#1 if it costs 5-10% of the dwelling to replace ( coral bathroom fixtures or a suite of chocolate brown appliances) tread carefully.
