@Izraul Hidashi I’m not claiming to know how the entire banking system works but I feel that I have a pretty good idea.

A C class neighborhood in the rust belt might look like a D class in another area because the rust belt has older housing stock and has a different look and feel to neighborhoods.

And considering I think a person who puts in plain black and white that integrity and character of the operator are key -- and then does something underhanded and incompetent is just mind-boggling to consider -- so I'm only left with a negative feeling about the documents these darned attorneys dream up! 

I can't help but feel that some of the failed programs might offer even better opportunities than the successful ones.

The owners became friends with the tenants and do not feel comfortable raising rents on their friends.

Also I would talk with those that install systems they usually have a good feel for areas and maybe will do an onsite inspection.for me if just vacant land and all i need to do is dig a 3 foot hole to get soil samples I am going to just do that. 

I get the feeling Quest is resigning because there is not enough fee income to be made from me, so I'm being dumped.
