We have artificially raised lots 1 and 4 to unreasonable levels, because we don't want anyone living in front of us or to the side. 

There used to be an air conditioner in the front window, junk in front of the house and over the lawn, and at one point people screaming at each other in the yard.

Open lawn and wooded acreage, chapel, in-ground pool, basketball court, 3 smaller residences, and 2 large residence/dormitory buildings with kitchen, dining, meeting, and recreation facilities!

I avoid Flat or asphalt shingle roofs, houses with no garages, yards with lawn, split levels (a landing at the main entrance and then you have to go up or down stairs.), houses with less than 3 bedrooms and 2 baths so people stay longer, and multi-Family.

They aren't going to automatically remember to do things like pay the water bill, mow the lawn, not throw Q-tips down the toilet, etc.
