This is what I mean:House 1: 0.57acre, mostly level lot (very uncommon in my area), no neighbor to left (land is unbuildable), no home directly across, end of cul-de-sac, lake view, backs up to nature preserve, holding pond borders lot, utility easement (grass, not a dirt road) across the front and along side of property, limited to 2 car garage and driveway, sunken basement (no walkout option), plumbing rough-ins in basement.

That being said, most people on this forum are here for a specific purpose: Real Estate Investing.With real estate there are multiple scenarios that require specific clauses or documents to be drafted alongside the Articles of Organization.

Are they signing any sort of loan guarantees alongside you?

., I actually built an automation hack with a product called Automate.io alongside Google Calendar and Mailchimp. 

In general, I want to align my incentives with my family's, avoid situations where I have a deal and could take it down myself instead of passing it to my investors, and have some skin in the game alongside my family.

This could be done through attending meet-ups or helping other local investors with finding property or working on their property along side them.

I built a map alongside a couple of other agents within my brokerage that outlines the Columbus, Dayton, Cleveland, and Cincinnati market.

Honestly i haven’t thought of owning a business that would go along side of my REI.

I would prefer to partner with someone and run the deal alongside someone with experience with this type of deal.
