You seem to have addressed the marketing problem with your property manager, but how are they responding to prospective tenants? 

Is there any way we can amend our operating agreement/LLC structure in order to anonymize our addresses?

If you are in the state of Florida, this can be an interest-bearing or a non-interest bearing account, HOWEVER your tenants must be informed at lease signed the name and address of the bank where the security deposit is to be stored.

Consider all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

You could invest in a property and then within a brief period get hit with a ton of regulations after the local government decides to address their STR policies.

Also, the contractor is not an investor and doesn't look at how to address the issues in the same way as an investor would.

Does anyone know how I would be able to find an address of someone who recently passed away other than driving to city hall and going to public records?
