You need to be careful with prequalifying people these days as various cities and states have laws that can restrict that. 

Many cities don't allow drilling in the city limits, or have restrictions, but outside city limits and especially outside the metropolitan areas, there are fewer restrictions on drilling sites.

Especially, out-of-state investors too that have no such connections looking to invest in Salt Lake City area.

My STR is in a city where it is legal in private but not in public.

There are multiple billion dollar companies dumping money into the city, such as Intel, Google, Honda, and Amazon.

They city will red tag it and require you to upgrade everything and get a Certificate of Occupancy before you can rent it.
