I'm thinking I can just write a simple letter giving notice that the lease will end at the end of 12 months letter style without citing any specific reasons. 

Most of our clients are professionals - physicians, attorneys, software engineers.

Additionally you can always write in what was done to correct it and explain that since then you no longer had issues.

I could write a novel on my experiences with Booking.com and given that's nearly Halloween, the genre would likely also be correct. 

They can do this by getting information and the identities of the subto students and gurus so they can program software to catch these.
