Typically GE or Whirlpool will do fairly well.

Some people say LG is reliable, some say it's hard to repair and should go with Whirlpool/GE.

Build that relationship with them.I get Whirlpool packages and went with black for our first flip.

All SpeedQueen Commercial as I hear they hold up much better than Whirlpool or Maytag which I believe as I am not a fan of either of those 2 brands even for domestic appliances.

For $2K go with Whirlpool or GE. 

For washer and dryer, you can check Whirlpool or Amana.
