There are a few larger players like Western Alliance and Axos who advertise and do it, but they want to see a much larger portfolio

If you are open to any location and have that much cash, I'd look somewhere a bit closer like SLC metro, Reno, Vegas, Arizona, or other growing markets in the western half of the US over Columbus. 

New Western is one that closes in volume in the area that could be a great resource for you moving forward.

Avoid ANYTHING condo in western Canada (excluding lower mainland) for the next decade.

Take it up with the Department of Justice and the Federal District Court of Western Missouri.

Consider getting a real estate license and maybe working for a company like New Western in Texas.
