I am not extrovert at all and I have done pretty well so far in my Real Estate career.

I’ve invested with both wellings and sunrise   Wellings invests in other peoples funds   They do the due diligence on various operators and invest in only the best ones. 

I disagree with asking your CPA what they like unless your Tax CPA is an expert in the same specific industry you are in.

And while it is not your job to be an expert loan officer, it certainly helps to avoid these situations. 

I'm no expert, but do know for a fact that you are much more likely to find "good deals" off MLS – through mailing, cold calling, off market groups/connections, etc.

Class C is more work than class B, but if managed well can do great.  

I'm not a climate or weather expert though. 

Now is not the time to say, "well, we will figure it out."

I am no expert by any means but I thought I would drop my opinion here. 1) Should I focus on duplex since they're most likely less expensive in my area in category A or B properties, or aim for more units?
