Are there any local meet ups or websites on where to find more people who have a moderate level of experience meaning they are  somewhat experienced but still looking to collaborate and network with more inexperienced investors like myself.

If you can critically think, there's enough knowledge on this website to get you started for free.

Start with the Arizona Department of Real Estate website and verify credentials, search licensees by entering their names. 

Dennis' dad and I actually tripped over something similar back in Chandler.. we learned to tap into city planning websites and even call the permit offices directly to get a real sense of their backlogs.

I wish there were more 'filters' / Criteria that you can filter by in real estate website to find what you're looking for. 

Spent a minute on their website and this in particular stood out to me as a red flag.

You'll likely want someone that can handle A to Z with marketing, pricing, cleaning, maintanence, decor, websites, reviews etc.
