What "promises" did they make for you.Most of these mentorship courses are a joke and just puts money in their pocket while teaching you what could have been taught in a one hour free webinar.

Their pricing was wierd. i was quoted on price in a webinar and a different price over the phone and email.

I've listened to many of Dave Myer's webinars now that walk through Finding Deals, Analyzing Deals and Funding Deals.

There is no wrong way to do this unless you aren't doing it at all OR you're harrassing peopleIf you find yourself attending a bunch of educational webinars, watching too many tutorial/training videos, or anything other than those 2 things, take some time to stop and reflect. 

I used to attend all their webinars to learn about it and then opened my account once I changed employers, moved half my 401k and have purchased income producing real estate,  invested in a business, bought some land, and also now holding notes.  

Vast amount of education on different markets and always current with new webinars, great investor coaches (free to you!)

The R2R community is great and they offer tons of educational videos and regularly host webinars with their network of lenders, tax strategists, developers, etc.
