I haven’t heard of delta build services before, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t reputable. 

Also you mention he has an awful reputation yet you acknowledged in your initial post you repeatedly buy properties his brokerage represents...not quite adding up.

I would suggest shopping it around a little more until you find a lender that offers reasonable terms and has a positive reputation.

I just feel there are many residential GCs, who may be great builders, but are not fit to be running their own businesses, and this results in some horror stories and a bad reputation for the rest of us. 

Bank of America’s business credit cards seem better, but I’d need to hit their Preferred Rewards status to reduce fees, which might be challenging.Amex: I like Amex’s reputation and services, but their outgoing wire fees are higher, which is a downside given how many wires I send.My ideal solution would be a business account with minimal wire transfer fees (especially outgoing wires) and a solid business credit card option, preferably with no foreign transaction fees.What would you recommend for someone like me who does a lot of outgoing wires and occasional foreign transactions?
