I'm currently biased towards Indianapolis based on its job growth and affordability, but you could honestly find deals in any of the markets you mentioned (and if your heart is set on the Atlanta metro area, I'd strongly suggest the towns Union City and Fairburn based on their growth, appreciation, and price -- I almost closed on a good BRRRR deal in Fairburn but the rehab was just out of my budget). 

But claims to be so warm and fuzzy.During the zoom call he looked rather defeated.I havent heard a word about my funds..only about 20K

The two passages together actually seem to be a little bit of an oxymoron , but a sincere heart really has to do their best to reconcile-the two together.

@Constance Kang  just think of MLM pitchs of the 80s and 90s  same actors same heart strings they tug at.I be he got up showed pictures of wife and kids and made a big ta do about doing it for family blah blah balh..

Not sure how much they require for their mentorship but I don’t have the warm and fuzzies about their program.

Nothing about this thing gives me a warm and fuzzy.
