Many of the people using an LLC (or multiple LLCs) aren't using them properly and are just as vulnerable as if they had never set on up.

This would seem a logical extension of that to educate and counsel sellers who are vulnerable to being taken advantage of.

I understand the desire to protect vulnerable residents, but punishing those very people and entrepreneurs who want to increase housing supply in Portland is not going to help anyone.  

Anyone with a lot of cash and under pressure to do a  deal is in a vulnerable position, and having that knowledge cuts down the extent of how vulnerable you are.

Seem a vulnerability to them in their methodology.  

My explanation was more for the benefit of other folks who might be "vulnerable" to accidentally investing themselves into a job;) Yes those micro units are intriguing to me.
