No Evictions, EVERI also tell them there is a $35.00 non-refundable background check that THEY will pay for through SmartMove.I still end up with a wide pool to choose from...........then when I meet them...........The best qualified tenant somehow miraculously/coincidentally is the one with the least amount of adults moving in to the property...........If they have a 6 bedroom voucher and it's going to be a mother (and invariably her boyfriend) moving in along with 5 kids I'm good with that.You may want to see if your tenants "volunteer" information about having a lot of family in the area because invariably that "family" usually winds up living at the property......but if someone says they or their boyfriend does NOT have a lot or any family in the area then they seem to miraculously/coincidentally end up at the head of the line in my book as far as being best qualifed to move into my rental.

At these meetings there were several board members or volunteers present lead by a retired attorney.

I have a high interest in nailing this one as we have made decisions with the confidence in the Des Moines macro picture being solid.Here's a few observations in speaking to your question:I used to volunteer very heavily for an organization that would re-settle refugees, from all around the world. 

I might be kind of naively biased on this because I volunteer in prisons regularly, mostly with men, and I've worked with a ton of criminals, including those of sex crimes. 

I volunteered one of my rehab projects but it was at the same time that someone else volunteered their rehab project just a few miles from my RE so the other rehab effort was used. 

Today I went to a property that will be gutted by volunteers but needs new electric.

I certainly didn't volunteer the information.A couple months ago I put a Heloc on my house just in case  I don't remember them asking if I lived there but they probably did in the ppwk somewhere.

And seriously, sometimes there are truths that I'd just as soon nobody knew about, and you can bet I won't be volunteering that information -- anymore --As to the original question, as originally posed -- you're still better off being completely frank.

Curious did you do this simply as a neighborly thing to do.. your not an agent or wholesaler or have product to sell.you just volunteered your time to drive someone around for 5 hours ?
