My ultimate goal is to move my family to San Diego and focus my career on real estate investment and development.Aside from real estate, I'm an avid Blues fan and musician, and dream of achieving financial independence through real estate so I can play the Blues to my heart's content! 

Then after accepting that I was shown a 15 or so  minute countdown timer with an explanation that it would take that long to "process"  and then I was immediately taken to an offer of something like $987 for some digital marketing course with his voice over explaining the course and encouraging to click on the buy button.

I'm only one of a few hundred still alive who do what I do ("legacy" systems - OpenVMS).Also was a liturgical musician for 40+ years, amateur musician, did HVAC back in the chlorinated halo-carbon days, did pro-audio, ran a recording studio briefly (I was otherwise out of work most of 1985), have done community college telecourse broadcasting, TV production (camera, audio, editing), low-voltage wiring systems. 50+ years experience public speaking including business presentations, international technical symposia and liturgical settings.

Obviously we are very grateful for his parents trust in us and the gift they’ve given us two lowly musicians to start our new investing careers :-)Once the home is sold, we will be moving to Minnesota where Ryan’s family is from and are looking to do flips and acquire some rentals.So...other than capital gains taxes, are there any others issues we should be aware of?

I'm still not a great guitar player but when I was starting to learn, a professional musician and close friend said, "practice but don't wait too long before you play with other people."

I had co-workers with side gigs like a musician and landscaper.  

I'm an artist and musician, and at 25, was super excited by the idea of jams in the basement and a big detached garage for a painting studio and all my surfboards.

Were the videos of good quality and well produced or just Boring computer voice over videos.
