If you’re considering switching careers, pursuing a license could be a great opportunity.

I made some of the biggest changes of my life but I'm setting my career up for long term growth. 

It was the purchase that jump started my real estate investing career by providing a high consistent cash flow, and a large capital gain 4 years later.

I think this applies in all aspects (fitness, relationships, career, etc.). 

I am 20yrs old completely new to this, and I’m just starting out in my real estate career as a newly licensed agent.

I have heard of a new government office coming in on the east side which should provide good careers in the next 2 or 3 years.

Also, keeping an eye on zoning changes or upcoming developments can help you get ahead of the curve.Would love to hear more about your experiences too—what areas are you currently focusing on?
