Hi @Ramada Evans - I recommend doing a bit more homework on the deal before deciding to pull the trigger.

I have looked into HELCO and just dont know when the time is right to pull the trigger because of the rates. 

If you do pull the trigger and buy something, it's likely going to get worse in the first 3-6 months after closing.

I have seen your posts on BP regarding Tulum for almost a year now and am curious if you pulled the trigger or if you are still analyzing Tulum.
