Hi Danny, happy to have a longer conversation but I have a couple points.Transferring title:In terms of transferring title out of your daughters name and solely into your name or entity can be done in multiple ways.

If you want immediate answers and help on a certain subject or area, multiple experienced members and leadership team members will be pretty quick about answering questions or connecting you with the right person through slack. 

Note origination where the borrower owns multiple properties with little or no debt, needs a loan for an acquisition, but can’t produce proof of income sufficient to get institutional financing.  

Every job I see requires 3+ years of experience and knowledge of multiple different programs.
