We have people complain about everything from unclogging a toilet they clogged, sending picture of their poop, to not knowing how to do easy stuff that they SHOULD know how to do to one girl who has locked herself out 5 times.   

Not to mention every agent telling you to go F-yourself because the entire business plan is if you can use agents like toilet paper, pay them as minimally as humanly possible, slave-drive em for volume Volume VOLUME, than you'll make a bunch. 

for example when changing cabinets, addressing trim, door pulls. hot water tank replacement: place a pan under it.  

Think they report that burning wire smell or the water running down the inside of a wall or the leaky toilet?

Curious how this is panning out as from prior posts the notes were to convert to equity I thought back in September. 

((Basically a "Loft" layout, but enclosing half the upstairs -to be a more private upstairs bedroom with it's own toilet & sink))....

This has helped me in the past when a unit has been damaged and/or small items are misplaced like silverware, pots/pans, etc.

Are you thinking government spending is going to actually get cut and inflation was just a flash in the pan? 

They will say Real Estate is risky, they will say you have a great job, they will ask are you worried about plunging toilets at midnight.
