I'll be going down to part time as a physical therapist to develop myself as a RE broker.

Their job is to bring you an opportunity, not be an appraiser, designer, contractor, inspector, therapist or fortune teller.

I know a lot of people that can just work from their laptop at the kitchen table, but we have an energized 2 year old and I'm much more productive if I have a little space for an office. 

I definitely do not want to do anything that isnt completely open and transparent...I'm a mental health therapist and my reputation as an honest person is extremely important to my therapy business.

Our group has made a policy that we will not write for these and defer to a therapist or psychiatrist.  

So much so that people bring me deals, my passion for it energize those around me to want to do deals, clean up their finances, improve their financial planner etc.

So whether it's doing yoga, seeing a therapist, etc. please work to lower your stress.

Also a massage therapist has many many many opportunities to make money, where as a physicist has a smaller channel of opportunities      Your Comment: "Also a massage therapist has many many many opportunities to make money"That's what I'd be afraid of

I feel really bad for the service workers, my housekeepers, massage therapists, etc. who are taking a huge hit thanks to Gov.

sounds more like I should seek a therapist but in all seriousness need to make a jump.. any suggestions?
