The discussion on LinkedIn has erupted into hearing various opinions as well as strategies surrounding actionable efforts.  

Alot of podcasts I have been listening to have been mentioning Indy and the surrounding areas. 

I agree with @Gregory Schwartz that as long as your eyes are open, you are asking good questions, you have resources and have surrounded yourself with a good agent and PM, take the leap and learn as you go.

While I’m still in the early stages, I’m incredibly motivated to learn, grow, and surround myself with like-minded individuals who can help guide me along the way.What drew me to real estate is that I saw it as the best route for me and family to have financial freedom.

To me this and surrounding areas should have been attractive and booming area - Baltimore Inner Harbor is close by - but it's not. 

My partner is based out of Dallas and a lot of our clients are from the surrounding areas.

Having all Section 8 tenants may cause you to have a higher cap rate on your exit due to a higher headache factor surrounding Section 8.
