I have a LOT of equity on my houses, but, as many of you know, around here you've got a lot of deep pockets (and some of it dirty overseas money) that shows up with a suitcase of cash and pays straight out (beating out those who have to acquire loans).  

So why is it that my clothes in my suitcase stink after I’ve been there a couple days (note to self, get a hotel next time)?

Are they going to live out of a suitcase the entire time and pack up everything every 4 days.

You'll save yourself a lot of $ over time in just having carpet cleaners come and remove the stains and "tracks" guests leave with their suitcases.

WOW....Next thing you know the bad guys are going to know there is guys walking around with suit cases full of bread and they will ambush them  ... kind of like a Armored car stick up....

Design hallways to minimize bumping of suitcases on walls and corners. 

Or when the kids turn 18 buy them a brand new suitcase , hand them a $100 bill and wish them luck as you show them the front door

I’d like to decrease my rent costs as well, build my network (find contractors, etc), and have a place to call home as I’m living out of a suitcase right now and all my stuff is in storage.

All I have is a bed, 2 suitcases and a fridge.

The first one is held at the broker's office, a suitcase with $100K delivered, the 1st contract signed, held by the broker.
