Increase the money supply, without increasing economic input, simply equals inflation.

Look at the economics / population rates & other driving factors pushing the market into the future. 

Note: I'll caveat: I believe that other factors should be considered when analyzing the market as well (i.e. economic growth/stability, low crime rate, affordability, etc.)

I'm not sure what the economic conditions are. 

With the instability of the current economic situation I see a lot of opportunity.

This is pushing many to look at areas that still offer strong cash flow backed by solid economic factors.I’m originally from Florida, but experienced the same issue after factoring in all the expenses.

The City of Montgomery is the Capital of Alabama with a robust economic environment that has produced multiple awards of excellence at the Chamber of Commerce level.
