Knowledge squashes fear and allows us to move from our comfort zones.

I have seen people lose Tens of Thousands in these so called trainings and squashing their dreams of investing in real estate.

I don't know exactly how high that attorney was, but we squashed that clause.

Business is an evil word, it means harm to me, it is the ultimate epitome of oppression and deception for greedy profit gained by stepping on and squashing every innocent soul in it's path.

If property is owned outright then you have several potential options available to you, my preferred it to have the owner carry the note, put some cash in their pocket at close, and squash the liens.

Portland seems to be pretty hot so if the property is priced well it should move and if it is sitting, there is a reason.I am not trying to squash your enthusiasm, but being conservative with your numbers could help you avoid a deal that will not work out well.
