Bluegate finally sent out a denial letter post dated to the day it was suppose to close. 

It likely is out of date as to cost as this info is quite old (my guess is 5 years but it could be longer):- Rent Recovery Service: offers flat fee service starting at $20. 3 letters start at $30.

They require 48-72 hours notice to schedule anything onsite so we've been waiting 2 weeks now for a Section 8 initial inspection date to be scheduled by them.

Include dates, tasks (e.g., guest communication, cleaning, or repairs), and hours worked.

SFH rentals, quite high IMO, and I have until this February 14th to appeal myself, date sneaking up on me. 

There is an abnormally low amount of new construction occurring on the coast in comparison to the demand and the existing inventory can be quite dated, especially for those coming from areas like California.

Demand termination of the contract and transfer all documents, funds, keys, and anything else they have to you or the new PM no later than [DATE].

So much depends on your intended move out date since you said you're moving out faster than expected.

Yes, this system does have me put in dates but then it doesn't seem to show them easily.
