Nothing spectacular, just a "Base Hit" We need the practice negotiating, dealing with small projects, and dealing with lenders before we start taking bigger bites with riskier deals.

That may not be a good comparison because a city can't really fail as spectacularly as a company' stock, but you get the idea.

The interest rate is higher than conventional loans and the costs are typically higher but what they can do for you is spectacular, especially if you can't qualify through conventional sources or where conventional sources simply don't make that kind of loan.
